Volunteer

Preserving the heritage of Pacific Grove is both educational and rewarding, but with over a hundred years of history there is a lot of work to do. The Heritage Society has a 15 member board and some very dedicated members that work very hard to preserve our heritage, but we are always looking for a few more people that want to pitch in and help out. Don’t worry if you don’t know the history of Pacific Grove inside and out. There are a lot of different ways that you can help, depending on your skills. The most important thing is your willingness to help. If you are interested, contact us and either let us know what you’re interested in helping with or in which direction your talents lay. Or better yet, both. Any and all help is appreciated!

Some areas that you might help with:

  1. Volunteering at an event
  2. Contributing a historical article to the Newsletter or the Board & Batten
  3. Promoting the Heritage Society and its mission
  4. If you’re a long time resident of Pacific Grove, sharing some of your experiences with us
